The New Jersey ska-punk outfit Streetlight Manifesto grew out of deuce similar late-'90s groups from the region, One Cool Guy and Catch-22. Delivering a brassy, upbeat brand of third gear wave ska -- complete with punk-styled melodies courtesy of vocaliser Tomas Kalnoky -- the band made its debut in 2003 with Everything Goes Numb. Two age of touring followed as Streetlight Manifesto played numberless shows aboard Whole Wheat Bread, Mu330, Bedouin Soundclash, and Gym Class Heroes. However, personnel department changes and equipment thieving proved to be patronize setbacks. In October 2005, the band was robbed of well-nigh $80,000 worth of equipment and possessions from its van, only to suffer some other looting while on enlistment in Europe the selfsame future calendar month. Streetlight Manifesto all over 2005 by touring alongside the Tossers on the brief (and suitably coroneted) Please Stop Robbing Us Tour.
Keasbey Nights, a re-recorded version of the 1998 Catch-22 album, was released in March 2006, and the band spent the summer orifice for Reel Big Fish and MxPx on a national co-headlining tour of duty. Streetlight Manifesto continued to tour of duty with Reel Big Fish for much of the odd year, as well as a expectant clod of 2007. Frequent concert dates didn't forestall the band from returning to the studio, nevertheless, and Streetlight Manifesto released the full-length record album Somewhere in the Between in November 2007.

Backstage Secrets of 'Dancing Stars'
Glastonbury says 'Hallelujah' to Leonard Cohen
As sun set, the 73 year-old performed the song which originally appeared on his 1984 album 'Various Positions', and gained a new lease of life when Jeff Buckley covered it on his acclaimed 1994 album 'Grace'.
The star started the song just as sun was setting, and further delighted the massive crowd when he changed the lyric "I told the truth, I didn't come here to fool ya" to "I told the truth, I didn't come to Glastonbury to fool ya". The crowd sang every chorus with Cohen, and gave him a massive ovation at the end, when he took a bow.
Cohen played many of his most famous songs, including 'Who By Fire', 'Suzanne' and 'So Long, Marianne', after which he said the crowd: "It's a great honour to play before these angels born of the mud."
The Canadian legend finished his set with 'First We Take Manhattan', before getting a huge ovation from his legion of fans.
The set was:
'Dance Me To The End Of Love'
'The Future'
'Ain't No Cure For Love'
'Bird On A Wire'
'Everybody Knows'
'Who By Fire'
'Hey, That's No Way To Say Goodbye'
'So Long, Marianne'
'Tower Of Song'
'Suzanne'
'Hallelujah'
'Democracy'
'I'm Your Man'
'Closing Time'
'Anthem'

The almost groove-oriented work in the mid-'90s female-fronted electronica push, Morcheeba relies on the sweet, fluid vocals of Skye Edwards and a mellow unify of nuclear fusion, blue funk, and vapours produced by brothers Paul and Ross Godfrey, on beats/scratches and guitar/keyboards, severally. The triplet was formed in 1995 when the Godfreys distinct to go stunned on their own afterwards co-producing six tracks for David Byrne's record album Feelings. They submitted respective tapes of their subservient demos to labels around London, only received small interest in return. After hook up with vocaliser Edwards at a political party, however, their medicine began to colloidal gel and Morcheeba signed to the China label. A year later, the sterling hits ingathering Parts of the Process was released and Skye Edwards left the band. Born on October 21, 1947, in Pontedera, Italy, Riccardo Fogli (pronounced FOL'-yee) began his musical career at an early old age, initially singing at nation festivals and so at local dancehalls. Later, he teamed up with the Slenders, one of the myriad rock'n'roll groups elysian by the success of the Beatles. During one of their tours, Fogli met the members of Pooh, already an established banding with a couple of singles under their belt. In 1966, he united Pooh, with whom he recorded the albums Opera Prima and Alessandra. He leftfield the chemical group in 1973 to follow a solo singing vocation and the undermentioned year debuted at the Sanremo festival with "Complici." The partnership with Maurizio Fabrizio and Guido Morra that began in 1979 resulted in such hits as "Malinconia" and "Storie di Tutti i Giorni," the latter winning first prize at Sanremo in 1982. Fogli's subsequent Sanremo appearances with "Sulla Buona Strada" (1985), "Lo Ti Prego di Ascoltare" (1991), and "In una Notte Così" (1992) were less successful, only they never passed unnoticed. In 1995, he issued the acoustic album Fogli Su Fogli, where he revisited some of his sterling hits. In 1998, Fogli recorded the album Ballando, featuring new songs written in collaboration with his protagonist Fabio Pianigiani.
